An Intermarine heavy lfit vessel loads in Italy two reactors and six heat exchangers plus accessories for the United States. The heaviest piece was a 375-ton reactor followed by another 135-ton reactor, and the 85-ton heat exchangers. For this shipment Intermarine utilized the Industrial Champ, one of Intermarine’s heavly lift vessels capable of making lifts up to 400 metric tons. The pieces were loaded in Porto Marghera, Italy and discharged at the Chalmette Slip in New Orleans.
