David Simoneaux, the Vice President of Intermarine Americas Line, has spent a lifetime in the industry including the past 15 years with Intermarine. He started his career with Lykes Bros. Steamship Company, where he ultimately became the Assistant Operation Manager for Intermodal. Later, he worked for Moran Agencies, Kerr Steamship Company, Eller & Company, and Schenkers International Forwarders. Before joining Intermarine, he was Vice President and General Manager of Gulfship Marine, Inc., a carrier specializing in project and heavy-lift cargoes. Mr. Simoneaux is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana where he received a BS in Business Administration. Today he has the overall responsibility for the success of the Americas service, Intermarine’s largest, which constructs more than 150 voyages a year.
