Inland Heavy Hauling
Intermarine specializes in the turn-key movement of knocked down plants and related equipment. The company draws upon the many existing resources within Intermarine, including ocean transport, inland heavy haulage and terminal management, to provide expert solutions to the largest of plant relocation projects from anywhere in the world to China.
Since its founding in 1990 Intermarine has specialized in the transportation of heavy and over-dimensional cargo. We currently operate a fleet of vessels with lifting capacities up to 500 metric tons and Ro/Ro capacities up to 2000 tons. Past moves have included pieces that are 300 feet long and structures seven stories high. We now provide integrated transport services offering point to point delivery for pieces of almost any size or weight.
Complex logistic projects are much more dependent on people than hardware. Intermarine has one of the most experienced management teams in the industry - people that can intelligently select and obtain the most effective vessels and transport equipment for the job; people that can adapt the overall program when conditions change. With technical personnel fluent in Chinese, English, Spanish, Dutch and German, the right person can be deployed to the site, the transfer terminal, and the destination to ensure that the cargo is delivered as expected.
